Two Door Cinema Club are coming to Oz

Last time they were in Australia they covered Simon and Garfunkel’s Cecilia, and rocked it!

So it’s worth having a look at this one too

There’s been a bit of scepticism towards Bombay Bicycle Club,

but there’s no denying that the first single released from their album A Different Kind Of Fix is a hit!

“Shuffle” gives you a feel for the whole album. Building a gentle, hooky pop song over a, dance-inducing piano tune, it just get’s stuck in your head!!

We all love Zooey Deschanel… and here one more reason to!

She & Him

Prior to forming She & Him, Zooey Deschanel had been writing and secretly stockpiling tunes for years. She agreed to let Ward hear them after the two collaborated on a Richard and Linda Thompson cover for an indie film, The Go-Getter, that she was starring in and Ward was scoring. Like many movie fans, Ward had first heard her sing on screen in the disarmingly affecting Elf and was intrigued. As Deschanel recounts, “I explored the idea of doing my own stuff with other people but hadn’t found anyone who I’d really trusted. Then I met Matt. He was the perfect person, and the only person who shared my taste. We’re almost always coming from the same point of view musically.”

OK GO!

They’re hilarious, fun and make you want to dance.

The film clip to OK GO’s “Here It Goes Again” gives a whole new perspective on using a treadmill,

and will have you smiling in no time!

It’s great to see a band that doesn’t take themselves too seriously, AND knows how to choreograph a treadmill routine!
