The Power Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 large ripe bananas, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Synergy Natural Super Greens powder (see note)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat milk

Method

  1. Blend banana, yoghurt, rolled oats, super greens, honey (if using) and milk together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.

Notes

  • Super Greens powder is a blend of spirulina, chlorella, barley grass and wheat grass. You can find it in the vitamin section of the supermarket.
