Woolly Wonders

Fashion, The Dressing Room

Time to get woolly!

Merino Wool is still a major export for Australia, and a very important part of our economy.

It’s no wonder… because it’s so COSY!

Merino is one of the softest types of wool available, due to finer fibers and smaller scales.

It’s well known for regulating body temperature, meaning that it will keep you warm without overheating!

The Dressing Room is a huge fan of Australian Merino Wool!

It supports the Australian industry, and it feels fantastic!

Big Buns, Little Buns …

Fashion, The Dressing Room

No we’re not talking about the kind you eat!

The infamous bun is ready for any occasion…

The slick and low bun, can easily be casual, dressy or great for a big night out!

The celebs are loving a couple variations, proving that a little mess can still work on a runway!

Right on top, very classy and perfect for a special event.

Blake Lively shows us how it’s done as usual!

Another version of the braided bun, again is great for everyday but also looks stunning for a night on the town!

To avoid a rock hard do we recommend L’Oreal Elnett hairspray for a soft “satin” finish.

There’s a mini size available,

perfect to squeeze into your handbag for quick touch ups on the go!

Carine Roitfeld

In 2010 the editor of Vogue Paris made the shocking announcement that she was resigning.

She has  revealed the secret she has been working on since then –

CR Fashion Book

It’s almost here!

The new mag will be biannual, with the first issue slated for September!

She has let slip that each issue will have a theme and the magazine will only carry spreads and long-format articles. No front-of-book content.

There’s also rumours that she will be appearing in a second documentary soon!

Here’s the short doco based on Carine’s exploits at Paris Couture Week:
