On such a nice day, you should be feeling light and happy!
So ditch the can of soft drink, and create your own berrylicious smoothie!
Ingredients (serves 2)
150g strawberries, hulled, roughly chopped
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed)
2/3 cup thick vanilla yoghurt
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
4 ice cubes

Method

Place strawberries, raspberries, yoghurt, milk, syrup and ice in a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.
Light, easy and fresh YUMMY!
